FAQs about Shipping

You’ll see a confirmation page after you complete your shopping experience. Then you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing the items purchased with details.

To check the status of your order, log on to www.goldtree.co.in and go to the Orders section under My Account. When items in your order ship, we will add tracking information to this page. We also email you the tracking details after we dispatch your order. Please note it may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear.

We’re regretful to hear that! In case your pick up has not arrived at the scheduled hour. Please drop a mail to info@goldtree.co.in with your Order# & our team will get back to you regarding the status of your order.

The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders. All orders get shipped within 5 days from our warehouse.

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.

Gold tree accepts Visa and MasterCard.

All taxes are a part of the prices you see on the site. What you see is what you pay.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and if it hasn’t been dispatched already.
If you’d like to purchase another piece instead of what you already have, that will be a fresh purchase and transaction.
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we can exchange or alter it for you free of cost. Only, the shipping charge will be borne by you.

For Sold-Out styles, if you’re registered with us, add them to your wishlist. Do submit your email address, so we can notify you once these items are back in stock. If not, contact our Customer Support Team with the product SKU code via Email, Phone Call or Whatsapp. We will check and let you know, if and when we should receive these styles again. Or, if these can be tailored for you.

It means that currently, the item is not available for sale.

We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:

  • If product is out of stock or is discontinued
  • Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.
